Port City Glass & Mirror has formulated a unique program that has given us the opportunity to design and supply over thousands of custom shower enclosures and mirrors. This unique process has brought customers back to Port City time and time again, thus building a valued lasting relationship. We begin by receiving customers in our newly renovated, one of a kind showroom and walk them 
through the different variety of enclosure styles we have to offer. There is then a personalized meeting session where our experts consult with the customer as to what the best options are for their specific application. We make sure that the glass, hardware, sizes, and frames are customized to each individual enclosure, maximizing customer satisfaction.
The style that is decided upon is then designed on the computer with the help of our Showers Online System, exclusively provided to us by C.R. Laurence Company. 
This allows us to provide the client with a detailed drawing of their personalized system to take with them for review.
Also, while the customer is visiting our showroom, we will offer them a variety of mirror styles for their newly reconstructed bathrooms and other areas where they would like to have mirrors.
